The technology uses sugar cane by-product bagasse as raw material, and after pretreatment, surface modification and capacity expansion, it is compounded with plastics (PVC, HDPE) to produce various shapes of high performance bagasse/PVC, HDPE wood-plastic composite. board. Bagasse wood-plastic board combines the characteristics of wood and plastics. The products are mainly used for decorative profiles, templates, and corrosion-resistant decorative boards in the fields of furniture home decoration and architectural decoration. At present, the project has established a pre-processing pilot line for sugar cane bagasse with an annual output of 60 tons, and a pilot production line for bagasse/PVC and HDPE wood-plastic composite materials with an annual output of 150 tons.
